Outreach Services helps to provide basic essentials to families including assistance with the cost of medications; funds for utility bills; and referrals to local agencies that can provide clothing, shoes, and childcare.

Individuals can apply for financial assistance from Outreach Services once every 12 months. Financial Assistance is coordinated with Kent County Department of Social Services and the Good Neighbor Fund.
